Returns

You can return any product you bought from us within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must provide a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an order confirmation email. You must also contact us at info@aussieshroomery.com to request a return authorization and instructions. Please do not send your product back to us without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. You can exchange it for the same product or another product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your product, unless the product is defective or damaged. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
